Dear Friend,

I am going to attempt to play 100 holes of golf in one day to raise money for !!!Alzheimer's Foundation of America!!!! Yes, I have committed to participate in the this year’s NCPGA Charity Golf Challenge. The NCPGA Charity Golf Challenge was established by local PGA professionals to raise money for local community programs and charities through the Northern California PGA Foundation.

Please help me in this endeavor by sponsoring me for .25, .50, $1, $2, $5 or more per hole. This pledge is 100% tax deductible through the NCPGA Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. If you are not able to support me with a donation at least share this email with your family, friends and colleagues so that they may be able to join and help me meet my goal.

I really need and appreciate your support I am doing this to raise money for those stricken with Alzheimer’s it cheats a person of the use of their brain. We all have either a family member or friend that has in someway been affected by this disease.. Thank you in advance for making a difference.
