Dear Friend,
On Thursday, May 22nd I am going to play 100 holes of golf in one day! Yes, I have committed to participate in the this years NCPGA 100 Holes Challenge. The NCPGA 100 Holes Challenge was established by local PGA professionals to raise money for local community programs and charities through the Northern California PGA Foundation.
In addition to the charities like Special Olympics and Saving Strokes, a program that helps stroke victims recover through golf, supported by the Foundation, my mission is to direct 50% of the finds raised to the Fred Alexander Memorial Golf Clinic which has served in the vicinity of 18,000 children in the last 21 years. This clinic which is the very essence of growing the game is in need of funds which I hope with your help to contribute to.
I'm calling on you this year to pledge your support as we strive to reach a goal of $100,000 for the Northern California PGA Foundation and their charities as well as helping make the Alexander clinic possible. Please help me in this endeavor by sponsoring me for $1, $2, $5 or more per hole. This pledge is 100% tax deductible through the NCPGA Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization.
