Mike Mazzaferri, Sierra Sage Golf Course

Dear Friend,

On October 3rd, I am going to attempt to play 100 holes of golf in one day to raise money for the NCPGA Foundation and The Sierra Sage Men's Club Golf Charities Fund. The NCPGA Charity Golf Challenge was established by area PGA professionals to raise money for local community programs and charities throughout Northern California and Northwestern Nevada.

Please help me in this endeavor by sponsoring me for a lump sum donation or a specific amount per hole. This pledge is 100% tax deductible through the NCPGA Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization.
