Dear Friend,
I was fortunate as a child to be introduced to golf by my father. I was also fortunate to have access to a wonderful junior golf program that made the game accessible for me. Golf taught me perseverance, patience, integrity, and humility among other values that have meant so much to me in my life. I think golf is the greatest game in the world. I want to help introduce and make the game accessible to as many children as possible.
I am going to play golf in the NCPGA Charity Golf Challenge to raise money for "Youth on Course". A fabulous charity that introduces golf to kids, Makes the game accessible by providing discounted green fees at thousands of courses, trains kids to caddie, and offers college scholarships as well.
This will be a marathon day of golf where I will play 108 holes of golf
I will need all the strength and golf shots that I can find, but mostly I really need your support! The opportunity to use the great game of golf as a way to raise funds and awareness for my selected charity and the NCPGA Foundation is something I am looking forward to.
