Dear Friend,
Time flies when you are having fun - or working in the golf industry! I can't believe summer is right around the corner and it is time for me to dust off my golf clubs. Golf is the one sport that I am crazy enough about to play OVER & OVER & OVER & OVER & OVER in one day.
On June 28, 2016 at Blackhawk Country Club and I am going to try to play five & a half rounds of golf in one day all for charity. It will be a long day where every swing and shot will count towards my goal of raising $3,000 for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation and PGA HOPE Northern California "Helping Our Patriots Everywhere".
In 1995, my mom passed away from Pulmonary Fibrosis, a terrible illness which made it hard for her to breathe. Her doctor did not know that she had this rare disease which took her breath away, so I am playing to raise money for research and awareness to help others. My co-charity is PGA HOPE which provides free golf clinics for disabled military Veterans to help them improve their physical, mental, social & emotional health. My dad is a WWII Navy Veterans (who taught me to play golf), so I am proud to say that I am the coordinator for this wonderful, therapeutic program.
The Charity Golf Challenge was established by the NCPGA Foundation to help raise money for charities. Your support means a lot - will you help me with a donation? YOUR DONATION IS 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE through the NCPGA Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. For more information, visit: www.ncpgafoundation.org
Thank you very much for your generous consideration.
