Dear Friend,

When I was 10, I was given my mom's set of golf clubs and I fell in love with the game. On September 30th, I am going to attempt to play 100 holes of golf in memory of my mom as part of the NCPGA Charity Golf Challenge to raise money for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. September is also Pulmonary Fibrosis Awareness month. Sadly, this rare disease took my mom's breath & life away in 1995.

The NCPGA Charity Golf Challenge was established by local PGA professionals to raise money for local community programs and charities through the Northern California PGA Foundation.

Please help me in this endeavor by sponsoring me for $1, $2, $5 or more per hole. This pledge is 100% tax deductible through the NCPGA Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization.
